At a medium roast, the cup opens with layered berry notes and dried fruit, supported by raw sugar sweetness and gentle fermented tones that give the coffee character without overpowering it.

On the palate, fruit expression is focused and grounded rather than bright, with dried strawberry and natural dried apricot leading the way. The sweetness stays controlled, balanced by mild brightness and a tea-like tannic quality that adds structure through the cup.

As it cools, fermented orange and subtle balsamic notes emerge, followed by a lightly tannic, bittersweet finish. Full-bodied and expressive, this coffee highlights the fruited side of dry process Nicaragua while remaining composed, balanced, and easy to return to cup after cup.
