We're thrilled to introduce our House Blend, freshly roasted to perfection right here at Abeja Coffee. This lot is all about balance—bittersweet chocolate tones with a creamy, velvety mouthfeel that truly shines as espresso. While not overwhelmingly fruity, there’s a subtle hint of dried fruit that adds just the right touch of complexity.

From the first grind, you’ll catch rich aromas of cocoa powder and a touch of dried date. As it brews, those notes deepen into layers of dark chocolate and molasses, filling the air with warm, inviting sweetness. The texture is syrupy and smooth, coating the palate with bittersweet chocolate flavors that evoke high-percentage cacao bars and rich chocolate truffles.

As an espresso, it’s exceptionally thick and decadent, with a richness that lingers beautifully on the tongue. The flavor is reminiscent of dark chocolate syrup, with hints of praline almond and cocoa crispies. A touch of brightness sneaks in too, like a dash of lemon zest, adding dimension to the deep chocolate profile.
